Is Your Twitter Marketing Paying Off?

So your all set up you got your profile set just the way you want it, you've got your marketing plan in order, so what next? Who do you follow and who do you want to follow you? Well your in the network marketing industry so it makes sense to want other network marketer's to follow you and maybe they will follow you.

The problem with this as I see it is that most of the network marketer's you follow are doing exactly the same thing you are and they are trying to achieve the same result you are. Leads that's the name of the game is it not?

Everyone using twitter as a marketing platform is after the same thing. New leads for their business. So what do you do about this?

For one you could try to find people who may not necessarily be network marketer's find people with some of the same interest's as you and follow them. When they follow you back keep providing quality content so they will see what kind of person you are before you slam them with your offer.

I've seen so many folks get this all so wrong. Personally I get at least 10 pitches from folks that I follow a day and this is before they even say hello. I look for good content everywhere I hangout including twitter so when I follow someone and their first response is to pitch their offer at me I know right away that they have no faith or belief in what they do. And for me it's a no brainer unfollow.

No worries though their are still those who do actually provide real quality content for their follower's And it is these folk's that truly get what network marketing is all about. Provide quality and value build a relationship with people and they will want to know more about you and your success. Don't be so eager to just immediately shoot your offer at every person that follows you take some time get to know people have some fun share some good stuff learn some good stuff and remember your twitter etiquette.

Enjoy and good luck in your ventures.

Is It A Business Or Just A Hobby?

Are you treating your business like a business or just like another one of your hobbies. I hear all the time from folks that they are not getting the results they want out of their businesses. And my response to that is. Are you putting in the effort required to truly build the kind of business you want.

For some unknown reason to me some folks think that if they try something that they have been taught one time on say a training call or maybe on a webinar and it does not get them instant results that it just does not work.

This is one of the biggest business killers there is. Face it you started a "Business" You need to treat it like one. You have to put the required time and effort into every aspect of that business. Here Are some ideas that may help you manage time and help you be more productive.

 1. Find what time is best for you to do certain RPA's (revenue producing activities) and then block that time out for those activities everyday. Weather it be writing or placing ads or whatever your RPA's are be sure to have the time blocked out everyday for those activities.

2. Group your daily errands. We all have daily things we must do ie: go to the grocery store the barber ect.. though many of us go out several times a day to get these little chores done. But if you group your trips together and say get two or three of those little errands done at the same time walla more time for you to concentrate on things that are going to make you money.

3. Change your working environment. Don't allow yourself  to do all of you tasks in one place. Find the places where you are most productive in certain areas of your business. Say for instance you can be more focused on your writing at your favorite coffee shop, then by all means you should be doing your writing there, when your reading weather it be reading for research or training or just for pleasure you should be somewhere without distractions thus to remain focused on the task at hand.

The Point of this is to show that the more structure you have with in your life it will play through to your business. If you treat your business like a hobby then that is the kind of results you will get. If you don't take your Business serious no one else will either.

Have A great day and make it a productive one.

Facebook Marketing (What Not To Do)

Marketing on facebook has become one the most commonly used techniques by On Line marketers. The problem with this is that their is a great deal of marketers that just have no clue how to effectively use this venue for marketing their product of service.

I participate in several On Line marketing groups on facebook and have come across some very blatant self promoters that frankly make me question their abilities to do anything other then spam other peoples pages with their offer. To me this is just pure laziness if you have no real value to add to a group you might want to maybe read some of the other posts and learn a little about adding quality and value to someone else.

Sure we all have to start somewhere but for me the fastest way to turn someone away from what you have to offer is to constantly pitch your offer without even taking any steps towards creating a relationship with whoever you are trying to offer your product or service to.

For me making connections on facebook is first and foremost to add value and quality content for others to learn more as to enhance their own experience to farther grow and develop their own marketing skills.

And truth be told if you are one of the few that I have come across that is one of the blatant spamers it's all good but ask yourself this one question. Am I really making the most of the opportunity to connect with like minded people who may actually benefit from what it is that I have to offer?

Using facebook for marketing your product or service is an incredible resource use it wisely and it will greatly enhance your exposure to the audience you wish to be in front of.

Enjoy have fun and make the most of the opportunities in front of you.

25+ free leads a day using craigslist

Craigslist garage sale or pot of gold?

There's a question for you. For some craigslist is just that place they go to find used items for sale, for others it's a place to go to find their next job or business opportunity.

I personally use it to find leads for my business. That's right I've been generating 25+leads per day using craigslist. And I am about to show you how I do it.

First you have to set up 10 free email accounts I use google simply for it's capacity levels.

Once you have your email account's set up you want to go to craigslist and set up 1 account for each email account you have set up. This takes a little bit of time but once it's all set up it is well worth the effort. Plus once you set it all up it will only take about 25 to 30 minutes a day to post your ads.

Now that you've got everything Set up and your ready to start posting your ads you want to find the cities that allow you to post for free. There are plenty of cities that are free to post in.

When you decide on the city you want to post only 1 ad per, but you should post in 2 cities per email or craigslist account.

This is where you have to be creative your copy is what is going to get people to click through to your site. Depending on your offer you will want to find the right category to post your ads in.

I have a business opportunity but I don't post there I post in the jobs offered category. I post in the real estate and sales jobs as these two fields have been hit pretty hard over the last couple of years and folks in those arenas are open to new and exciting ideas.

And I have had some great success using this very same method for my lead generation.

This is just a quick run down of how to use this method if you would like even more details about how I generate leads feel free to leave a comment with a contact and I will surly get back at you to answer any questions you might have.

Hope you have as much success as I do with this enjoy.

Building your Brand

It's got to be solid.

Starting out in business on line can be very tricky at times. But there are steps that you can take that will ensure that you will be successful. The first step in this process is building your brand.
Building your brand may be the most important step to ensure your success. Okay so how do I build my brand from nothing?

First and foremost you have got to be sure of what you want your brand to say about you and or your business. Once you have this figured out the rest kind of comes naturally.

For instance you are an on line business coach and mentor you better be sure you can show someone that is looking for a coach or a mentor that you are that authority.

This lends to transparency if your are truly the authority in your field then you should have no problem being completely transparent. Being vague or deceptive will only chase your prospective clients away. Folks that are looking for certain products or services want to know that they are dealing with someone or a business that absolutely knows what they are talking about.

Testimonials are a great way to show your authority in your field find others in your field to look at what you have to offer and ask them for some type of an endorsement. If your providing quality content it shouldn't be hard to find others that like what you are sharing with them thus leading to the testimonials you are seeking. You can even offer to endorse them in exchange this is the win win situation both you and the individual you are asking will benefit from each others endorsements.

Today in marketing on line everything revolves around helping others achieve success so with that in mind you should be surrounding yourself with people that are in your same niche that will be sure to share with you what they have learned and pass this knowledge along to you so that you can pass it along to others that you will come in contact with.

These are just some of the basic principles of building your brand on line Over time continuing to add value and quality will increase you brands worth and value Rome was not built in one day and neither will your brand although Rome was built on a soild foundation and so should your brand.

I always encourage comments so leave one if you like.

Take Action Get Results

Get results through your actions.

Are you getting the results you want through the actions that you take? There are several action steps you should be taking to get the desired results you wish to achieve. Your main objective with an on line business is always to drive traffic to your sites weather it is your landing page your blog page or where ever it is you want to get in front of your audience.
There are several methods you can use to do this. Like placing ads or writing blog posts like this one. At any rate you should be focused on driving as much traffic as you can to your site's. Now my Question to you is this are you doing all that you can to drive that traffic. Sure I knowits a lot of work, but don't you think that anything worth having is worth putting in the work to get?
The purposes of this post is to allow you the reader to be awear of some of the distractions that may be stealing your focus from the what I like to call RPA, which is revenue producing activities.
With the explosion of social media it has become more and more acceptable to get on facebook or myspace and to join groups of like minded folks that are in the same kind of business you are in. But is joining these groups generating leads for you? Don't get me wrong I think these groups are great and there are great people involved in them and you can learn from others things you may not have known. But is spending all your time on these groups producing revenue for you?
My point is don't allow yourself to be distracted by the things that are fun away from the things that are going to make you money.
Stay focused and diligent in your rpa's and you will get the results you desire.

You already have the marketing tool's within you.  →

I read an article on mind cafe that was so great that I wanted to share this with you. Within each and every one of us are psychological devises that trigger specific reactions.
Actually what they are,are motivations of the the mind that are within a persons brain, and all they need is to be triggered to set off a certain responsone action. For the purpose of this article it is the action of placing an order or demand for more information about your service or product.
The atricle goes on to list 7 tool's that are staring you right in the face. The first of which as a marketer you may already know, is to tell a story.
When you tell a good story your listener or reader cant help but become a participant in the story, in order to understand it fully. And this is where you will get them to feel in their imaginations what you are telling them. Unconsciously this creates a memory that will be very hard to overlook. Plus it will also help to create a bond between you and your prospect.
(in using this remember you have to know your audience know who you are selling to)

The second tool in the atricle is Time distortion. "make them believe they already are"
This is the set " you already have or wish you had this product and here is what it's like. what you are doing is pacing the thinking of your prospect as if they are already in possession of your product.
Use simple detailed phrases that enlighten a sense or touch response, and it will put in the mind of your prospect that they already have  your product. And they will begin to see the benefits of having the very product you are selling them.
Third is Credibility- You must project value.
Make sure you can back up what you say. If you have happy buyers of your product what do they say about your product or service? Who is actually endorsing your product or service? Show the leaders in your field that are using your product or service. being reliable will prove that what you say is true. The bottom line is provide proof.
Fourth on the list is Urgency- get em' to act now.
Even if your message is strong and and driving you want to make them feel as though the time is now ie; Limited time offers, discounts your special offer wont last long. No matter what your message is if they move on for awhile the feelings you have brought up will erode and their desire to buy will be gone.
"Bring forth a reason for your prospect to feel compelled to buy your product now. maybe even employ "fear of loss"
Five is to create the return effect.
What this is, is giving something away for free. Giving something to someone free will produce guilt, and a feeling to return. For example someone buy's you diner you may feel inclined to buy diner the next time. This is a natural instinct within each of us that when something is given the desire to give back is produced.
Give something away for free ;A newsletter ,video, anything for free but it has got to offer value.
Six is to commit and remain consistant- build the relationship.
If your buying from me then we are friends, and chances are good that you will buy from me again. You see you have created a trusted bond. You have all seen this before once you have a relationship with a customer they feel that they can trust your opinion and advice.
Seven is Curiosity-Keep em' tuned in.
Early on in you sales presentation make a promise of what will happen when they buy from you. Curiosity is one of the strongest tools you have in your tool box to keep your prospect in suspense and to look for the the answers to fill in the missing information. Leave out certain information in your benefits that will trigger the thought "what would happen if" To put this to use. Arouse curiousity early in your presentation to make them want to complete your presentation.Tell them that they will find the answers as they continue to read or pay attention to your presentation.
The Original article is very much more in depth if you wouldlike toread it you can find it at mindcafe.org 7 steps to sell anything to anyone. This article has opened a whole new set of tools for me and I hope it does for you as well.
