You already have the marketing tool's within you.  →

 
 I read an article on mind cafe that was so great that I wanted to share this with you. Within each and every one of us are psychological devises that trigger specific reactions.
Actually what they are,are motivations of the the mind that are within a persons brain,and all they need is to be triggered to set off a certain responsone action. For the purpose of this article it is the action of placing an order or demand for more information about your service or product.
The atricle goes on to list 7 tool's that are staring you right in the face. The first of which as a marketer you may already know, is to tell a story.
When you tell a good story your listener or reader cant help but become a participant in the story, in order to understand it fully. And this is where you will get them to feel in their imaginations what you are telling them. Unconsciously this creates a memory that will be very hard to overlook. Plus it will also help to create a bond between you and your prospect.
(in using this remember you have to know your audience know who you are selling to)

The second tool in the atricle is Time distortion. "make them believe they already are"
This is the set " you already have or wish you had this product and here is what it's like. what you are doing is pacing the thinking of your prospect as if they are already in possession of your product.
Use simple detailed phrases that enlighten a sense or touch response,and it will put in the mind of your prospect that they already have  your product. And they will begin to see the benefits of having the very product you are selling them.
Third is Credibility- You must project value.
Make sure you can back up what you say. If you have happy buyers of your product what do they say about your product or service? Who is actually endorsing your product or service? Show the leaders in your field that are using your product or service. being reliable will prove that what you say is true. The bottom line is provide proof.
Fourth on the list is Urgency- get em' to act now.
Even if your message is strong and and driving you want to make them feel as though the time is now ie; Limited time offers, discounts your special offer wont last long. No matter what your message is if they move on for awhile the feelings you have brought up will erode and their desire to buy will be gone.
"Bring forth a reason for your prospect to feel compelled to buy your product now. maybe even employ "fear of loss"
Five is to create the return effect.
What this is, is giving something away for free. Giving something to someone free will produce guilt,and a feeling to return. For example someone buy's you diner you may feel inclined to buy diner the next time. This is a natural instinct within each of us that when something is given the desire to give back is produced.
Give something away for free ;A newsletter ,video,anything for free but it has got to offer value.
Six is to commit and remain consistant- build the relationship.
If your buying from me then we are friends, and chances are good that you will buy from me again. You see you have created a trusted bond. You have all seen this before once you have a relationship with a customer they feel that they can trust your opinion and advice.
Seven is Curiosity-Keep em' tuned in.
Early on in you sales presentation make a promise of what will happen when they buy from you. Curiosity is one of the strongest tools you have in your tool box to keep your prospect in suspense and to look for the the answers to fill in the missing information. Leave out certain information in your benefits that will trigger the thought "what would happen if" To put this to use. Arouse curiousity early in your presentation to make them want to complete your presentation.Tell them that they will find the answers as they continue to read or pay attention to your presentation.

Mindset and success

Getting your mind right.
When it comes to making money your mindset has absolutely got to be right. Think about that for a moment. Do you think that if your not thinking about being successful you can truly be successful?
The bold truth is no. If you are not in the right state of mind when doing anything you ultimately will not be the very best you can be. Take for example baseball you step up to the plate, your thinking man this pitcher is smoking people today I don't know if I can get on base. Do you think your going to get a hit.chances are no. Why because you've already defeated yourself before you've even swung the bat.
Now look at it this way, You step up to the plate thinking this pitcher's not so tough I'm going to kill this thing. How do you think that scenario plays out? Of course you smash it or at least you've got a fighting chance. My point is that if you don't think successful you wont be successful.
This can be related to anything you do. Take for another example right now your reading an atricle that I wrote. I wrote it knowing that someone was going to read it. Was I successful? Of course I was your the proof your reading it. I didn't write this with thoughts like I sure hope somebody reads this I came from the I already know someone will read this perspective and in doing so I achieved success.
Simple no? Well sure it is but only if you allow yourself to think the way you should. Never allow yourself to be held back by thoughts of uncertainty. Always come from I know I can and not I think I can and you will be successful at whatever it is that you do. The old adage fake it till you make it comes to mind and honestly in most cases it works.
This brings me to money. As an on line marketer you face all kinds of obstacles that you must over come and if you ever feel that you just cant do it your wrong. It just takes the right mindset and determination to be successful on line. If you think success you will have success.
Look around at all of the top guns in the industry do you think for one minute any of them were thinking I dont know if I can do this. No they always believed that they can and that is the mindset that you need if you are going to be a successful marketer.
Now go get your mind right and be the success you already know you are.

Finding content

Finding content for you web post can at times seem difficult. Though it does not have to be. When your in need of some content you can always find relevant stuff by reading what the people who influence you are writing about and I don't mean read what they write and go and write the same thing that's just redundancy and lets be honest no one likes the total rehash.

But what I mean is buy reading your leaders work you will gain ideas of your own for content that is relevant to your field. I've only been writing myself for a short while now and have come to find that reading a lot of other writers helps in finding idea's for my own writings.

So that when I do have an idea it's not so intimidating finding a way to convey the message that I want to convey. Anyone who writes content for whatever reason wants to be recognized for being good at what they do but let's face it everyone has to start somewhere. No one ever started out at the top of the food chain everyone started from step one to get to wherever they are now.

So what I'm getting at is if your writing and need inspiration read. It can be that simple to find the idea you need to write a great article.

Honesty in marketing.

I sat in on a conversation last night that was very enlightening. It was about being honest and
up front with your prospect's.

That made a lot of sence to me. If your in the internet marketing industry part of your business
is making connections with people and building relationships with perspective client's members what have you.And I have never had a relationship with anyone either business or personal that wasn't built
on trust.

In today's day and age people are bombarded with hype and trash about this or that product or system.
If you are in business and you believe in your product or service you dont need the fluff or hype to
sell all you really need is the truth behind that product or service.

So the next time you talk with a prospect or a lead or whatever it is you call your list try the honesty
route if your product is what you say it is you shouldn't have a problem with someone who is interested
inwhat it is you are offering.

Meet Ed Yaw

This is an introductory post as to allow you to get to know me and what i do.

Well to begin my name is ed yaw, and I was raised on long island new york I lived in new york
Until the early 90's. I then moved to Phoenix Arizona where I now live.

I worked as a commercial electrician for 20 + years and still do from time to time take on the occasional
project.
Though my attention is now spent on the Internet marketing industry. I was introduced to Internet marketing a short while back and was amazed at the amount of people who were earning incredible incomes from the comfort of their home's.

It truly is astonishing the monetary wealth that can be gained through the power of the Internet.
Did you know that over 45 million people in America now work from home?

I personally had no idea that the number of people working at home was such a large number.
Though it's true. Now I count myself as one of those who earn a living with the power of the Internet
along with a little help from some very successful entrepreneurs who are helping to shape and create
even more successful people across the globe.

As I said earlier this is just an introduction to me. I hope you now have some idea as to who I am.
